Full name, email address, phone number, password hashes, profile picture, account role (Customer, Business Owner, Staff/Employee), and business identification information (Company Name, GST/Tax ID, Address, Industry).
B. Business & Operational Data (Customer-Generated Content)
Information you upload or generate within the CRM, including sales leads, client contacts, quotations, proforma/tax invoices, inventory item records, supplier purchase orders, product catalogs, employee attendance/onboarding data, and task reminders.
C. Technical & Usage Information
IP addresses, browser type, operating system version, device identifiers, session timestamps, feature utilization logs, referral URLs, error reports, and Google reCAPTCHA risk tokens for fraud prevention.
D. Payment & Billing Data
Subscription plan choices, payment transaction IDs, billing contact info, and payment statuses. All card/banking details are handled securely by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways; we do not store raw card numbers.
